    Reloading Bench

Possibly a dumb question, there will be many more to come as I go down the reloading rabbit hole, is everyone's preference for reloading at a standing bench or sitting down? I've seen both on YouTube and just wonder if there is a case to argue for either. I'm building it so thought I'd ask beforehand.

Standing for me, though i sit when weighing powder so that my eyes are level with the scales.
I'm usually only loading 10-40 rounds at a time though.

Sitting for me. It may be that you have to try both to find out which one works best.

I would go standing but have a high chair/stool.

I like to have my balance scales at eye level when weighing powder, a tall bench with a short chair should make that process more comfortable than my current method of kneeling on the floor.

Standing so I can move to and froe between tasks easily and as stated beam scales at eye height.
If I have a longer singular task such as cleaning primer pockets I might sit.

Standing mostly, sit to weight powder and trimming cases.
