About LinkBackslee kit is a good starting point but just like hunter308 said lose the scale and get a digital one or if you have the funds a chargemaster or similar
you also want a good set of calipers, digital or old school
a block to hold your cases (can be home made or brought)
and dies for your caliber
then you get in to case trimming
its a wicked hobby to get in to and does save you money in the long run
