regarding Buschman and the lee progressive, you need to remember the volume these guys are loading in the US. they shoot more than we do here with PRS. the less time spent at the reloading bench the better
there is nothing wrong with using the lower grade press like a lee as long as you have a consistent die setup and understand its limitations. as long as brass prep (bump and neck tension primarily) and seating depth are consistent you will make very good quality ammo. you do not need fancy A&D scales and a zero press etc for consistent results but they do make better ammo.
