I have a bacth of graf 7.7x58 ammo, and the number of times the brass has been reloaded is unknown. One of the brass cases' neck slightly split upon firing out of the 50, in this case should I bin the whole batch of 50 cases?
Or, should I give them a resize and another reload, and see? Any advice re this would be greatly appreciated.
IN addition I have some new brass, do they need to be resized and trimmed? Or are they good to reload right away?

I would just keep using the old brass until a fault appears.
If new brass chambers all good then just load it. No point working it from new if you don't have to.

I have even loaded cases with split necks and they shot ok.
I say shoot them till they fail.
But that's just me. I like to get the full life out of anything.
I will even shoot cast proj through worn barrels to see if they will still shoot ok.
So, here is a link of the process i use on my cases, however, i do not point the flame towards flammable things(wd40)… LOL
I also keep the flame smaller(lower) and do a slow speed turn with the drill and for a lot smaller time, never let the brass glow or go "red" hot, this process give me a bit more life, my Creedmoor has already 7 reloads without loose "precision".
