The lee anniversary kit is good. I find the scales ok but probably don't know what I'm missing.
The water based lube needs needs throwing. The late Mr Tiffen recommended I use neatsfoot oil...good and cheeeap.
Get a powder trickler and I prefer a hand priming tool.
Lee dies are ok apart from the spindle lock mechanism..you need to lock this tiiiiight or you will have to saw your case off to retrieve it. (Don't ask me how I know this)
I like RCBS and Hornady dies for the basic loading I do. I have some redding dies as well but have to pay more attention here as the ones I have aren't vented and is more prone to hydraulic dents on the shoulder.
