Foxer, I have looked up the RL-19 data. Here you go

In my sako carbine...
In Remington cases, Fed LR match primers:
Lapua 123 BTHPs - 47.5 - 49 gns - 2663 - 2760 fps
Hornady 129 SP - 45.5 - 48 gns - 2505 - 2680 fps - I use 48 as my working load.

I load the 120 gn Speer Hotcor and 120 gn ballistic tips on top of 48 gns too. Have not chronographed but assume velocity is mid 2700s.

From the book...
The Nosler 6th guide lists 47 gn as the max (and slightly compressed) load behind 120 - 130 gn pills and 45 gns behind a 140 gn pill. Also listed as there most accurate powder in the .260 in this weight range. Nosler velocities are in the 3000, 2900, 2800 range for 120, 130 and 140 gn proj weights. 24" test barrel.

The Hornady manual (8th ed) lists 48.0 as max behind a 129 and 45 behind a 140. So similar to Nosler.
