Removing military crimp from primer pockets

Anyone have smart solutions for cutting a consistent chamfer to remove crimp ?

I scored a bunch of military brass, and have gotten around the initial problem by just chucking a chamfer tool in my hand drill and carefully cutting a chamfer to remove the crimp. Obviously having been done by hand, it is not all that consistent...

What tools do you use ?

I'm using a Lyman pocket reamer. Works great, sucks that it can't fit my drill.

But it does work the pocket a bit, I only reload each case once anyway so not an issue.

Spanners & Mikee, any particular benefit to swaging over cutting, or is it a time/ease of operation thing ?

I'm lazy and have a swager sooooooo......... (and power tools and me are not friends, ouch)

All my brass is range pickups so its lineage is uncertain. I Pick it up, load it, shoot it and leave it there.

It's the same size plunger going straight in every time
I have cut them before with bit in a drill and its inconsistent depending on how you hold the case on it
Got a number of pock marks on the T3 bolt face from primers not sealing
