Anyone who sells Redding dies should be able to source one for you. I bent an rcbs one a while ago (don't ask lol) and hot a replacement from Reloaders in Auckland.

Mine bent from the bottom, the decapping pin didn't bend but the threaded piece that holds that and the expander, that part bent.

I bought 2 Redding FL dies with bent decapping rods seems to be a thing with reloaders these days not to read the instructions until they break something,
It is not a problem I have a universal decapping die; best purchase I made last year,

I use drill bits to replace them. Find the right diameter, use a fine parting off wheel to cut the drill bit shank to the right length, and hey presto! new decapping rod.

The culprit on my case was the shell holder being full of crud so the case wasn't lined up properly, completely my fault and something I'm always mindful of now
