Then overlay the patterns your rifle shoots and when you see the group that your first three shots, on each pattern, makes that is the limit of accuracy of your rifle.
No rifle will put its first three shots in the same place every time.
I'd do 5 shots 5 minutes apart for a 5 shot cold bore group. Then there would be less "three times lucky, look I've got a half moa rifle"
