    It has to be something not right with either the press or bushings.
    They should just lock in hand tight and not move.
    I do check mine every now and then, but they are always solid.

    Give workshop innovation a buzz and see what they say.
    Better yet get onto Hornady and they might sort you out free of charge. Never know your luck.
