I have been dealing with Round 2 brass from the US.
I contacted Matt in several emails asking if he was able to ship used brass to me in New Zealand.
He stated that he was able to and how much would I like.
Several emails later and 8 boxes were on order. Master card payment went through and Matt dispatched the goods.
I get 3 boxes and then nothing. 4 weeks later and more emails Matt tells me that Customs has held it at the port of exit and they were sending him some paper work. I paid international shipping for the goods and it went 2 states in the US.
More emails and Matt informs me that US Customs have now seized the boxes as HE DOES NOT HAVE A PERMIT TO SEND IT OUT OF THE US. New Zealand does not require a permit to get the brass in to the country.
2 weeks later and more emails Matt informs me that he has sent the goods and that is the end of it. I ask him to get SOME money back for the shipping at least and part of the cost of the brass. Matt informs me that this will not be happening as it is not his problem because he sent the goods.
I am now $800 New Zealand down and no brass to show for the money.
Matt tells me that he is now not shipping international as he does not have the permits and that it is not worth the cost.
PLEASE DO NOT USE ROUND 2 BRASS he will steal your money and not give a toss about you been out of pocket.

Speak with your bank, If you paid by Credit Card and no goods eventuated then dispute the transaction. You may get a refund
