    Seeking 100 large rifle primers

    Good afternoon all.

I am starting out on my reloading adventure and I am after 100 large rifle primers. I have sourced everything else I need to get a beautiful FN Herstal in 300WSM that I recently inherited up and running. I will learn my craft using some small rifle primers I brought to run a rifle in 5.56 I have. so any large rifle primers I'm lucky enough to come across will not be wasted. I'm based in Auckland, hope your all staying dry..

Thats like advertising for a wife, who’s a supermodel, corden bleu cook, loves hunting and has been left squillions of dollars to help worthy causes
    I’m sure they exist, but…..
    Good luck

Just had a look online. Firearms, firearm parts and ammo are a no no, doesn't say anything about ammo parts such as primers so I can't see an issue.

    From NZ Post..

    Air guns
    Ammunition
    Bullets
    Firearms
    Firearms partsą
    Firearms accessories*
    Grenades (inc. imitation ones)
Weapons, including bows, crossbows and arrows, harpoons, spear guns, sling shots, catapults, swordsticks
Stun guns, tasers and stun baton

I have had primers sent to me thru the post by one supplier, no probs. Another supplier would only send them as dangerous good to a freight depot in Auckland city for me to collect. Passed on that deal.

Recently received an inert Mills 36 in the post.

I'm obviously prepared to pay for them to get into reloading and postage too, plus photos to show I'm not some scumbag on selling them 🤔

You would better off with Large Rifle Magnum primers for the 300 WSM, Large Rifle would do at a pinch if you can’t get magnum ones.
