Thread: Seeking Press Recommendations

After thousands of rounds my old RCBS Rock Chucker has finally got too much wear in it. It is no longer able to maintain concentricity when sizing necks using Redding type-S bushing dies. These are the dies that don't have a sliding sleeve to hold the case concentric when offering the necks up to the bushings and pretty much rely on the press presenting the neck to the bushing just so-so so that the bushing will compress the neck in evenly. This it no longer can achieve because the ram is a now a bit wobbly.

Any recommendations please for a replacement? At the moment a new Rock Chucker at $400 is top of the list, but open to suggestions. I'm not needing a progressive press, just the basic 7/8x14, but true by design & manufacture.
