I had the exact same issue the other day. Are you using S&B brass?
If so they have cut the rim groove on the base of the brass to small to fit a standard shell holder. You have to wonder whether this is intentional to keep people buying factory ammo.
Only solutions I can think of is taking material off the shell holder or getting new brass.
7x57 on the right and Norma on the left.

You could try sort through different shell holder makes but we tried Lee and RCBS and neither fit.

Knowing s&b flash holes will be everywhere but center aswell so watch that as could snap a decaping pin
The 223 and 222 ones are terrible from my experience one in 5 had an off centre flash hole

If you have a holder for 6.5x55 Swedish it might work. Charger clips at least are interchangeable.

I have a Lee #2 and it will do my 7x57 stuff, but I have not tried Sellier and Bellot.

I did have that issue you have with the 6.5x55 Sellier and Bellot though: - possibly you have the same situation in 7x57.

Most of my 7x57 reloading was with Highland/PPU. Try that, I am certain it will be fine. It's better brass than S&B anyway.

Can't remember what my 7x57 brass is think its Hornady but my lee fits it. Not much help but looks to be a brand thing as stated above.

Good choice. I load 52 grains of ADI 2209 under a 140 grain Sierra prohunter. You might wish to work up to it in your rifle. Has worked well in a ZKK 600 and a featherweight M 70
