Did most of that except only posted my issues on this forum.
I run the app on a Apple device. When I got a droid I installed Shooter and it promptly crashed several times. Invoked the money back feature straight away - at least you can do that on a droid. Placed feedback in Google Store and emailed Kennedy himself - never got a response.
Shame as I think his app is one of the best with great intuitive features. Continue to use it on my wee Apple.

Have used the following mobile apps -
Streloc free
Ballistic AE
BulletFlight
BulletFlight L2

Still think Shooter is the best and despite my comments about the developer, hang in there, I am sure he will resolve this quickly given multiple users (all?) are affected.

My fav readout, can input data instantly and get accurate data out, the Military version measures shot angle by touching the blue coloured "get" while you lay the phone on your barrel or top of scope

So easy to input weather data on the hill while waiting

That only backs up your data and info you have inputted tho, its not a backup of the pre-update app, so it doesn't help me in this situation unfortunately.

When you miss you can just say "Damn, how was i s'posed to know it was an android compatible deer and not Apple...".

+1 for AB, best app once you figure out where Litz stashed things and stop asking "Why"

Thanks for the heads up GWH.

I turn my updates off and select ones I want as I never have decent bandwidth when at work to handle them.

I had 30 odd needing updates when I looked this morning and left shooter alone😆

I use strelok + as well to double check anyway if I am ever shooting beyond 600.

I'm feeling a little paranoid now especially after shooting some steel yesterday and fine tuning shooters input details. I might download a different app and see if I can get similar results.
@7mmsaum - is that android or iOS and free/$$$$? Might look into it tonight.
@GWH - we run pretty similar loads/setups - anything I can help with?

Bulletflight M (millerty) the most advanced version. Is $50, same price as Applied Ballistics I think.

I've transfer data across to the free strelok app that was on my ph from pre shooter app days. That should hold me over hopefully until I decide if I go with AB or BF.

Moving away from shooter is needed I think, even if the developer fixes the issue.

I have had BulletFlight M for ages but don’t like its user interface. Always feel I should be dressing up in my military khakis b4 I use it to match its somber colours.
Much prefer Shooter but will not try again on android and probably buy Litz AB at some stage.
They are effectively spitting cousins at any rate.
At least Litz gives good support.

On Google Shop BF M has a low rating, then AB and then Shooter with Streloc + the highest rated.

Ive downloaded Bulletflight M, and have set up a couple of rifle profiles and had a bit of a play around. I really like the input screen with dual inputs, where you can enter the info in metric or imperial, as i have always used a mix of both (just the way i like it) and this makes that real easy.

No doubt the developer of Shooter will eventually fix it, and i will then have two apps to compare/double check with.

This happening was a serious wake up call for me, solely reliant on the ph app, No printed range card as a backup or nothing. Imagine discovering that your ballistic app/phone had failed just as the chopper dropped you in for a weeks tops hunting, or when that trophy of a lifetime was in your binos at distance and you couldn't get any closer.

good old modern technoligy ay cant beat real life sometimes

If you have a look it's to do with velocity, my 284 is ready to be caught by hand at 350m as it's only doing 95 fps.

Yep looks like it sheds velocity really fast, like they have well cocked up the bc calculation.
