This is sitting in the shed if anyone needs it. When I did some shooting I got an average of 2825 fps out of 22'' inch barrelled .270 Shooting 140g AB's with 52 grains (book max) of Ar2209. An accurate load when I do my bit. Some might say slow but meh.. I'm happy.

Dont waste your time chasing every last fps, it doesnt matter in the real world, it wont make a difference, all it will do is cause head aches and frustrations. And dont listen to silly old cunts

Sent the chrony on it's way to @Smiddy yesterday. Cheers again to the good buggers of this forum. Id like to make a 'special' mention to all those who've performed sticky tape jobs on the chrony box. Haha its horrific.

Is that the cardboard box? If so I put some green insulation tape on it a while ago

Where abouts is the south island chrony?
It seems that @Gibo and @PERRISCICABA want to know how the 175 eld-x projectiles go for me.

I have it at the moment mate, haven't got around to using it yet but I'm more than happy to pass it on as things have got a bit busy and I probably won't get a chance for awhile.

    Hey @Nic_148
I probably won't be able to use it properly with the limited space available at present. I will be just as good of to shoot at 100m then 300 ish

Hi Nic, I'm in Dunedin and would like to use the Chrony for a couple days. Do you still have it?
