    Sierra gamechanger 7mm 140 grain

Has anyone used these projectiles in the 7/08 , 7x57, 280. Are they as good as claimed.
Just interested ,as I'm keen to try these , they've taken a long time to get here and limited supply I'm told. Appreciate any feedback.

Haven’t used them in 7mm but have in .277. Fantastic bullets, very accurate and reliable expansion. Have never recovered one but exit wounds suggest good mushrooming. I would think you won’t be disappointed.

    Crikey.
The recoil from a 1407mm must be ferocious.

I'm guessing you missed a / or - or something...

For me, these Sierra TGK bullets shot the same as 139 grain hornady in my 7mm08. so if you can get the hornady cheaper and easier. I would just go hornady.

The 139 grain hornady interlock has a g1 bc of .392 vs the tgk g1 bc of .545. Rather a different bullet.

The sst is also very different. Certainly a higher bc and more similar in that regard, but the sst is a very explosive bullet at close range and the tgk is not. I know alot of people like the sst, and I respect that, but I have a personal hatred of them due to some poor results on animals.
