    I used .312 “ 150gr pro hunters in my .303 and they were adequate. 130gr and 150 gr Norma were better. From the 7mm08 the Nosler BT 140 gr were vastly better in terminal effect and getting venison into the fridge.

    Advantages of the pro hunter is the flat base making it forgiving in average barrels like the 303, and shorter overall. Disadvantage is lead tip that could be damaged.
