    Greetings All,
I use a Lee loader for sizing my .303 cases. I place the case base down on my clean timber work bench top and drive the die down over it. I use a block of wood on top of the die to protect it and always clean and lubricate the neck first. This works well for me as nothing but wood touches the case or die. Priming is done with a hand tool and at this stage I seat projectiles in a press. Seating in the Lee die would work just as well.
    Regards Grandpamac.
