I want to pick up some Lapua brass for my Creedmoor. Main concern is whether I need to run a bushing or modified firing pin, or will I be ok. I intend to run CCI450 primers which are reasonably hard.

1st Hand experience lacking i'd say no. that would be a pain in the arse and a full design modification that brass companies have not been forth about.
I've seen people fire multiple cases consisting of Large and small primers with no need to change anything.
Depends on your rifles bolt try some it will show up pretty quick if it needs bushing it's not a major job any competent gun smith can do the job
I've had a couple done solved the problem
I run Palma brass in one of my AIs, no problem so far but have read of others having to bush the firing pin hole.
I also run SR primer Lapua brass in my 6.5CM and haven’t run into any problems with the firing pin (Howa). I’m using CCI BR4 primers at the moment and might switch to 450s next reloading batch. I turned down a standard Lee Universal Decapper pin to fit the smaller flash hole, worked well.
I had issues with pierced CCI 450 primers & a healthy load in my RPR with the Lapua brass.
I can run the same or similar velocity with Norma or Hornady brass no drama

Never had an issue with my T3X on 6.5mm Lapua small primer but I never did any hot loads.
