    Cool Starline brass....any good ?

Hey guys as I have already mentioned I'm working on a new project of the 30-06 persuasion.
I'm acumulating bits for loading and I need some brass,
Currently I can easily get winchester, Norma or starline.
Has anyone had any experience with starline in long action cartridges ? It seems to have good reviews and doesn't incorporate the Norma/Lapua tax
    Any other suggestions ?
Or shoukd I suck it up and buy the Norma brass ?
    Thanks

Haven't used Starline myself but have loaded most other brands with no problems, some brass has had many loads and no case separation. Usually the primer pockets loosen up first and then the brass is ditched. From what I have read Starline is good brass.

By the way Danny what breed of 30 06 are you into ? I have used that caliber a lot over the last 30 years , it was my go to for a long time as well, don't use it as much now but I will always have one in the safe .

I'm going to get Greystone to AI my 06 whenever I can get hold of a Krieger or Bartlein barrel for it.

Last 2 boxes of Lapua I bought also had one extra. (Is soneone else receiving 99?)
Great if you have an AMP annealer and need to sacrifice a case to determine the Aztec setting.

I got a bag of 6.5 Creedmoor LRP at a good price from @burtonator - seems pretty good quality for a good price.

Also bought several bags of 223 - again, fantastic value for money.

I would only spend more on 'premium' brass for loads where my obsession with tiny tiny groups is overwhelming!

I use Starline in 6mm Creedmoor, .30-30 Win and .44 Rem Mag.

All going well and no issues with case life. None of the loads are hot, the 6mm and .30-30 are middling and the .44 Rem Mag is a subsonic Trailboss load.

Wouldn’t hesitate to buy it again.
