    Storing Powder

Hi all. How does everyone store their powder? I have mine in stored in a old fringe in the garage with a couple of damp-rid tubes inside to correct moisture. Not sure if this the right course of action.

I do the same couple of damp rid tubs, never had any problems.

The original container with the lid on properly is adequate to stop moisture ingress. So DampRid is not really required.

I agree. I have at least 1kg of AS50N I purchased at least 30 years ago. Still fine.
Even use it for squib loads in my 223.

Just stored in original can in a steel locker in the shed. Up to 45c in summer, as low as 4c in the winter in the shed.
Hunt safe, look after the bush & plug more pests. The greatest invention in the history of man is beer.

Have a lock up insulated and heated room in the shed. Fire rated filing cabinet with ammo and powder stored in it
