Thread: Targex .224 69gr

Great thread, which I'll keep an eye on.

I'm about to start loading for the .223, mainly as a fallow/goat/roo rifle. Has a 1:8 twist. I'll be starting with AR2206H as I have lots on hand for the .308 win. I've basically been trying to work out which would be best for my application, the 65gr Serria Gameking or the Targex 69gr...?

I guess the classic approach of seeing what shoots the best in rifle.....

Hey Dama Dama, Good luck with your new set up and you've made a great point, like you my other rifle is a 308 which I load using 2206H so another great reason to use this powder for the 223.
