    Targex 30cal projectiles for hunting

Hey. Has anyone used or is using Targex 165g 30cal projectiles in a 308Win? Specifically as a hunting bullet.
Be keen to hear your experience. I used Targex in a 6BR and they were a good bullet.
The range of what we think and do is limited by what we fail to notice. And because we fail to notice that we fail to notice, there is little we can do to change; until we notice how failing to notice shapes our thoughts and deeds

G'day mate. I sold a 308 recently that I loaded the targex for(single hole groups) and the new owner has shot a number of large reds at various distances and has reported back that he is very pleased with the load.
I would love to see them in a 7mm

Hi guys, noticed this post the other day. If its any help to you, you'll find the bullets I make perform in the same way as the Berger hunting bullets do.
They will penetrate & then start to fragment causing huge amounts of internal damage which causes animals to go down quickly.
When you pick an animal up they are usually all "slushy" sounding inside, you'll know what I mean if you've shot a few animals.
I have a lot of hunters using these with very good results.
    Hope this helps.
    Cheers.
