yeah, yeah I hear ya! If you knew how many people keep asking for them it would give you a giggle too.
Ring up Bergers for me & give them a hurry up!
I do have 105gr here if its any help.
The day WILL come, in the meantime I'll keep making what I can & supply what I can.
    Cheers

Running the 105"s at the mo, very hard hitter and the 9" twist supports it to 300 so far. 95" are just cooler......... (and a big bunch faster in a short barrel!)

Had a bit of free time yesterday, not much, but enough. Had a 30cm gong at 300, 400, 485, and 700. Loaded some 140's, using SPF cos it seems to be just a tad tighter in the groups, and slightly slower than 2209. Had sighted the rifle the day before and needed to verify the data. Two shots at 400, both on target about 8cm apart. Then back to 700. First shot slightly left and the second exactly smack bang in the centre. Walked away, those bullets just work! And the data shows they're doing 2685, and the BC is about .519/.520. Also I found that I was able to hold the rifle on target much easier to watch the impact. Thanks Bryn, great bullets, Im gonna have to get me some more.

I've just got a 6.5-284(the Norma chamber designed for a COL of 82mm) going, and I want to run a 140gn mag length bullet . . . . so its going to have a fair bit of "jump". I had a few Berger VLD Hunting 140's to try and they go pretty good with the big jump, do you know how your 6.5 140's tolerate jump? Thanks

Hi there, in answer to your question I have found them to be no problem with jump.
To load from the mag I am jumping mine 100 thou to the rifling & no issues with accuracy.
Don't think you'll have any issues from what I have seen.

Thanks for the feedback on that Husky. I was working on approx .500 BC as I like to stay on the conservative side but thats interesting that you have come up with approx .520.
Good to hear they are going well for you too.
I will eventually be able to close the tips for target shooters which will lift the BC quite a bit more but they will only be any use for targets with the tips closed.
Waiting on a Tip closing die for that, which could be tomorrow or next year when its ready???

I have 105s I use in my 6bra, they like the same jump as bergers in my rifle (60 thou) if that's any help @Tentman. I only tried them at that jump and they shot tiny groups so didn't mess around ant further

A quick and public thank you Bryn, I finally did a quick zero check on my Grendel this morning for this weeks pending hunting trip..
The new 120gr hunter hollow points shoot exactly the same as the 120gr hornady ELDMs I have been running. Both shot a 1/2 moa at 100y.
I didnt do any load development at all just dropped the same powder charge as I run in the 120gr hornadys and loaded them to mag length.
The chrony gave me an average of 2260fps from the 10.5" grendel barrel.
I look forward to testing them on game this week but expect they will perform much the same as the hornady balistic tips with 100% energy dumps.
    Keep up the good work!

Thanks for the feedback everyone, very helpful to get it & see whats happening & if need be alter things if there are any problems.
Also satisfying for me to see people getting good results with my bullets as there is a lot of work goes into them.
It's cool when people get back to me & tell me they are getting the best accuracy ever out of their rifles using a little bullet made in the back shed in NZ where I was told by some it couldnt be done!
    Cheers

Had a lot of good results from the 165gr but the results from the 175gr I make are better again.
A lot of rifles are really humming with those.
    In 6mm I make 70grFB/HP, 95gr HP/BT (not available due to jacket supplies right now) 105gr HP/BT & on order 112gr HP/BT.
    Hope that helps.
