    For load development I use a Rock Jnr as a front rest and rear bag for under the butt. I am shooting off a concrete bench when doing this and it gives me the most stable position available when load developing for my rifles. Removing as much human error as possible is important here, as I am testing the rifle/reload for accuracy, not myself.

    All other shooting i.e. sighting in, drop chart validation, practice, is done prone on a shooting mat with my Harris and a rear bag.

    Exactly. If I know (and can see) the rifle and ammo combination is spot-on, then any deviations in accuracy has to be me
