Not quite correct. If you read the theory the motor if fully loaded and running on reduced Hertz could potentially draw more than its max nameplate current. Best to go for a Tx with a safety margin of over capacity. Limiting factor though I guess is the Thumler doesn't have a huge drum and it may not be possible to overload it. I regularly run 200x 308 sized cases in mine (not a Thumler) and the drum with that load is quite heavy to lift.
