Thread: Tikka 270 145eldx load

Decided to try the Superformance/145gn ELD-x’s combo in my R93 270, did a 4 shot ladder test today 54-57gn

First shot didn’t read but got 2998fps at 57gn so that seems to tie up with what others here have got, my barrel is probably a touch shorter than the tikka/sakos. The factory Precision hunter 145gn did 2835fps when I tried a few recently so this looks a step up.
Will try some groups next time.
