Well thats one way to hunt,

the tampon projectile stops the wound from bleeding, allowing you to drop in town after a hunt and have a latte, and not covered in blood:D

A 44mag but on a 308 case Rushy.
Would give the 44 some more legs and would also easily go subsonic.
