Thread: Ultrasonic Cleaner

I use an Aldi ultrasonic jewellery cleaner.
Holds about 20 30.06 cases.

75% water. (warm preferred)
25% household Vinegar
A squirt of dish washing liquid.

Run about 3 minutes is enough.
I deprime before cleaning.
Rinse well after. If you like add a but of bicarb to neutralise the acid.

You would need a different recipe for some gem stone. They may be sensitive to acid. e.g Soap will likely bugger opal, acid too.
