    With no input from myself, Mr Pommy has achieved this...

    40gr hornady vmax with AR2219

    Well this shows us two things for sure: 1) the rifle can shoot, 2) you can shoot.

    Great result. Now keep experimenting

    25.5grns ...write it in reloading bench with vivid and stick with it.....great to see a result.

    Go for the 25.2gr load, it'll make a tub of powder last longer
    Every machine is a smoke machine,
    If you use it wrong enough.

    And from my experience I’d be confirming the repeatability of the load/powder charge and not just going off the one group shot as that can be rather frustrating

    Hahahah sad news... i tried just that and i didnt manage the same results. Im currently blaming my scales for the problem as Mr Pommie had better equipment than i have.
