    Was the unburnt powder just sitting loose in the case or was it stuck together?

    I had an issue when I was using too much lube and didn't realize I had some left over inside the case and it would stick the powder together in a clump just on the inside of the shoulder.

    The powder was loose and slightly singed. Flew out of case when ejected.
