    Thanks for all the help guys, I would be most interested in any 223 data as I will try to use it in my AR
    I also load for 308 and 6.5 creedmoor.

    Pete, do you have any starting data for the Nobel rifle no. 1 for 55gr .223?
    If I can that's what I will use it in.
