I dug out my old Nick Harvey Reloading Manual published in 1982 and he has some loads listed for Nobel Rifle No1 in .223 as shown below.

As usual start with the minimum load and proceed with caution.

Chronograph your loads and compare the results with the speeds listed.
This will give you a good indication on how the powder is actually performing.
