Thread: Updated powder burn rate table

Pilfered from another forum, this table includes a bunch of the new powders that aren’t included in the one’s I’ve been using up to now. Might be useful for some of you fellas.

Whats the composition of Enduron powders and what's special about them I wonder?

R26 is a lot slower burning than I thought.

Yeh RL 26 is basically the same as 2217, I have got very similar velocities with those two in my 7 mm Rem Mag, if anything about 50 fps more in favour of RL 26 with a little less powder.
Good info there Dave, my old charts didn't have RL powders from memory.

How does Superperformance work so well in shorter 284s when it seems reasonably slow burning? Something magic going on...
