I used this info off that site
"Barry Wilmot's reloading book lists some 44 Mag AP100 loads -
with 200 gr bullet, 14.5 to 15.5 (max.) of AP100 for 1300 to 1400 fps.
with 240 gr bullet, 12.8 to 14.0 (max) of AP100 for 1150 to 1250 fps."

I don't know who Barry Wilmot is never heard of him.... however after reading the powder equivalents chart and the SR4756 data they seem to be about where they should be so I loaded up 3 test loads of each 12.8gn, 13.3gn, 13.8gn, 14.0gn) ap100 obviously the bullet is a speer 240gn swc (lead)
