    What causes this??

    Just loading up some 7mmRM loads, fully resizing and this happened all of a sudden on about 4 cases?

    I've had cases come out the rifle chamber like that after firing. No lube there. Different cause than in this case, no doubt.

    Probably gas coming back from thick neck/large neck clearance/low load not sealing neck against chamber.

    From what i gathered from opening post the cases were fine until sized.

    Cam reloading smokeless, if using the same rifle chamber, do you have to size? Or just check length, BP I never size one fire formed

    Yep, unless tight neck chamber turned cases and very small tolerance from neck to chamber that doesn't stretch the neck past point of no return.
