Hacksaw?
Put it on a solid block and use an axe. With a hacksaw the lead will clog the blade and you will still be cutting next Xmas!
Melt the lot and then pour it into ingots of the size you want.
that's normally what id do but I don't have anything big enough to melt this much in one go the axe idea is worth a goQuote:

so you don't end up fuking yours
Use a sabersaw or reciprocating saw with a course blade an axe will work but if 50mm thick will be hard work and shattering the handle will be a real possibility
+1 for a coarse blade on a sabersaw
just give it to me then you dont need to cut it :D
Melt bits off it with gas
Cuts easy with a good old ordinary wood saw
I just use a cold chisel and hammer.
Prop it up 100 m away and shoot pieces off it.
Harden up and use your teeth
