Thread: What weight 223 TTSX for deer

My son loaded up some 53 gr TSX in his 22 250 a few years back to carry as a deer load when out looking for coyotes ( he lives in Canada) My wife shot a nice whitetail Buck at about 50 meters with that load, two steps and dropped. Interesting to see the bullet passed through and the exit hole has 4- 5 holes ( looks like the petals come off) But it worked a treat.
I know this is out of a 22 250 not 223 but I think it would be good in the 223 as well.
