    Does the Army ever play up there? They look like Simunition rounds that have the plastic insert pulled out a bit. You shoot each other with them not goats, they're pretty useless at marking, not overly cheap either.

    I know the police M4 markers use 9mm simunition so it won't be them but I don't know if the Military uses them. Possibly SAS or STG.
