Thread: whats 270 brass worth

hi
i have approx 200 empty 270 cases from factory ammo i have fired most of it was Winchester super x but there are about 40 s&b in there.
i dont reload or have a 270 anymore.
are these worth anything?

New Federal or Winchester brass typically runs $ 120 to $ 150 per 100

Once fired, would likely get takers if you offered it at around 60% or around $ 80 per 100

I used to sell 100x Federal (once fires) for approx $30-$50 on TradeMe. Could have maybe got more, but I always prefer to get it sold quickly.

Never throw brass away, the way I look at it it's about half the cost of reloading so it has a bit of value alright.

im gona start reloading one day but ive moved to 7mm08 and 300wm so the 270 brass no longer going to be useful.

Maybe you could do a swap with somebody for brass you will want to use.
