Between the three of them and the dog it's hard to get anything done.

You have probably considered it, but make sure you are going to be able to mount your press where you want to (i.e. framing etc not right where a bolt needs to go). You will need an overhang on your bench to allow the linkages to move (depending on your press design) but also to get the front bolts through. I braced the overhang back to the main frame on both sides of the press so there is no flex

Have been away from home for a while so figured I'd better get the bench up while I had a chance.
Now where to put everything?
Gotta build one myself now. No bench in shed of new place.

If you are gonna mount press(es) you are going to need vertical supports under the bench where the press is going to be mounted - the amount of pressure/flex you will put on the bench will amaze you!
It will be solid ;)

Argggh I hate messy. Went to the Shelving Shop and bought the plastic bins. Decent price for around $55 and it cost me about another $150 to get the 4-way plugs and trunking. I did have couple of of extension boards pin clipped to the wall, but they were way too messy.
BTW to stay on topic, it is exactly 1000mm to the top of the bench and it works pretty well for me.
Looks good James, I also hate a messy bench. Have you got any additional lighting for directly over the bench top? Good idea with the additional plugs too.
