Where are you getting your .75-77gr .223 projectiles from?

    Hi guys,

Where are you getting the best deals on heavier .223 projectiles. Not hunting but your typical ball HPBT type for paper shooting and steel plinking. Just used some nice 69gr Noslers HPBT which were around the $51/100. Want to try 75-77 in my short 1:7 and was wondering if there are any good deals out there.

I'm guessing that you won't do better than $50/100 for these weight projectiles?

    Cheers.

No you won't do better. 77gr tmk are quite expensive. 75-80 amax are well priced for what you get.
Have you tried gunworks? There in the South island but there shipping will still be better than most others. Take that into the equation. I usually go there because of shipping and great customer service.
Another one that's always available and has great service is targex. Nz made. He's got a few different ones, 80? 69? Find him on trade me.

Hornady hpbt 75's are a we bit cheaper, think in low 40's if you shop around and buy a decent amount. They're very accurate, tmk' s are great too and a bit better if you also want to use load hunting but more expensive.
