Have you tried n120? It appears you can use it for blackout, a quick google search turns up n120 as being equivalent to w296 which is the same powder that Belmont uses in its magnum pistol powder. Actually its called wc296 but google tells me that WC296 is a bulk grade powder and W296 is the canister grade version. Take all that with a pinch of salt. I don't even load for blackout so do your own research but if Belmont's powder works then its a lot cheaper than the price tag on the vv product and its relatively close to you.
