Thanks 257weatherby. The 80gr TTSX does seem to be the only light projectile in .257 that isn't a varmint round.
Have you used them in any of your 25 cals? I'm real keen to try them in my 303-25 at around 3200fps.

Yes, once only on a young nanny at 100yds at 3600fps, devastating, but will be a barrel burner and will give up velocity fast because of poor BC, at 3200, you would limit shots to around 250yds and you would want major bone on the way through at that distance on a bigger animal
