CZ and a few others do 7.62x39 in bolt guns, Norinco do one that can be great or atrocious depending on spec and actual factory. They are surprisingly useful little rifles, the original bushpig without the pricetag and hype.

Also of interest, the single shot rifles in 7.62x39 - minimal recoil and hardly any bulk. Next project...
Yes, Howa and Zastava are readily available.
There are only three types of people in this world. Those that can count, and those that can't!

Hmmm yea I always thought the blackout was a straight neck up of 223!, seems a bit of a fuck up to shorten it enough to chamber in 223!

brutal on goats and pigs, haven't shot a deer with them yet, hornady v-max or gmx 110s are around 2375fps -2350fps and you go up to 208 gr A-max drops to 1020 fps
Comes down to how far away you want a be shooting, Belmont 130 speers are awesome on goats too, drop em dead at 250m, id imagine you would want to be under 150m for a clean kill on a deer using the lower gr bullets
    I don't use 208 subsonics for anything

If you get those two mixed up you would have to be legally blind, they would even feel different if you were, saying that I saw a .308 case that had been fired in a 30/06
by a shooter that should have been able to tell the difference I guess anyone can have a brain fade
