    Mauser claw?
Real guns start with the number 3 or bigger and make two holes, one in and one out

Where the shells fired in your gun? I had the same problem with the wsm. Was once fired through the gun factory loads but once loaded they went weird hard to load so full sized and good as gold. Not sure what the problem was but full sizing fixed it.

Yes first firing in same gun, tried full lenght resizing slightly better still wobbly wondering whether its to do with the amount of projectile sticking out, length max to fit magazine.

Put a projectile next to one thats been seated and have a look to see how much is being held in the neck

I can't imagine you would have enough room in a tikka mag to sit them out so far that not much is held in neck

Yes you are correct had a bit of a work out approx .475" in case should be plenty of support to keep projectile true.

Yes do all of that normally neck size, there seems to be a difference in the thickness of the brass around the neck of the case could this be the problem the weaker side of the case expanding more than the thicker side pushing the projectile off centre.
