    zapper 22lr ammo

does anyone know where I can get zapper 22lr ammo? I haven't seen any around for ages and I've not found a better grouping ammo for the toz.

I'm not sure they are still made. might be a few boxes in someone's cabinet they don't want.

turns out the Mexican factory that produced the pmc range now runs under name Aguila. no idea about the Korean factory. I'm guessing they using the same dies and powder as when pmc.

zappers were pretty filthy in toz, but can't argue with accuracy. not such an issue in bolt action.

Back in the day they were functionally interchangeable with aussie winchester powerpoints.
Worked just the same, shot to the same point of aim.
Was never the type to do groups, just old school quick sight in so dont know if they grouped worse than each other but couldnt tell the difference on animals out to 75m.
Obviously neither made anymore which is a bugger

cheers stag. I think the postage hassle won't be worth it. North Island I would travel, South Island bit to expensive. cheers anyway 👍
