Thread: 100 km Hare

    100 km Hare

    Drove all the way to a fishing spot 25kms from home when I could of jumped on my quad and been at the river 4minutes from home.
    Get to my location with rod and no rifle.

    Surely if it was lawful to use the 22 at that fishing spot then the solution is to just bring it next time

    It was Joe a farkin long shot,and peeled it off from my deck at the the home of the @mighty Stirling but had to drive all the way back for the retreive.lol

    Well cap this. On Sunday we were driving back up Tram road from a morning chasing Kahawai, a strange creature appeared on the roadside and moved onto the seal. My memory banks flicked through the historical stored images WTH is that ??? I swerved and avoided a Tortoise and then pulled over. Sadly the vehicle following didnt swerve and we went back to find him swashed but still wiggling his little tail. Was the size of a large Hedgehog.
    Anyway I looked around and sure enough there was a Hare standing on it's back legs waiving it's arms victoriously and saying something about Dundee.
    I have never seen a Tortoise in the wild before, so it was sad to have that experience ended the way it was
