    Easter bunny

    Clipped this bunny with my target springer air rifle. i only had one range sorted out at that point so i had to sneak up close to about 40m

    Nice shot! Right between the eyes.

    I sent this pic around work saying "I hope you guys have your easter eggs sorted... because the easter bunny aint coming...".

    This was a 150m~ shot with the .17HMR. Hares, rabbits, possums... they never get up once the .17 hits them.

    Oh all those delicious hares I heard on the radio that the shoot was down by about 10000 compared to last year...what would be the reason for that? Well done Everyone!!

    Yup, numbers were well down on previous years, only 10k+ this time. Worst team got only 30 - recently poisoned farm it seems. But yeah, numbers were way down this year, top team only got @1100. It has been very wet down there atm though.

    At the last NZDA meeting one of the guys was talking about this saying it's because the local farmers have a lot more access and help with poison now so that's having a big effect.
